Welcome to the Parnell Heritage pub & grill.
The return of Cool Chic off O’Connell Street!
Dublin’s newly renovated Gastro pub situated on Parnell street. We aim to mix new-age interior with old Irish charm. We also boast Parnell streets only roof top terrace smoking area & bar. We offer an exquisite food menu with a large array of craft beers mixed with the old favourites. We provide a traditional irish food option on our menu, we recommend our very popular Beef and Guinness casserole!
We have also taken the time to create a mouth watering cocktail menu to suit anyone’s taste. We will be hosting cocktail classes with our resident mixologist on a weekly basis to give you the opportunity to learn the flares of the trade. We also have our ‘Pull Your Own Pint’ experience which allows customers to serve themselves and become their very own barman.
The Parnell boasts everything from the perfect pint, lovely leisurely lunches, civilized afternoon tea, to the atmosphere and intensity of big screen sporting occasions. Every Friday evening we have ‘After work BBQ’ on our rooftop terrace. We have traditional music on every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
There are also special corporate events and private party facilities available with great music, or just pop in for pre- theatre cocktails, post cinemas pints, or spontaneous after work nights.
Keep up-to-date with all our current offers here and feel free to get in touch for bookings of any kind.
