Bastille day celebrations in Dublin pubs

A few pubs in Dublin are having some celebrations for Bastille day. Throw off the shackles of the Monarchy of boredom in these Dublin pubs.

Arnaud, the resident Frenchman, flying the flag.

MVP are having a dinner and cocktail masterclass that features “Ricard, Cassoulet, French Wine, Smelly Cheese & Film Screening ‘Tanguy’ with our Resident Frenchie Arnaud..- he’s featured too!”

From 6pm they’ll be showing you how to mix a French cocktail. The meal starts at 8.30pm and includes dinner, French wine, and a cheese board while the movie is playing. It’s a ticketed event and you can get them via eventbrite.

The Church

The celebrations in The Church actually kicked off yesterday, but they’re still running all day today (of course). They’ll have traditional French music from 2-3pm, a mime artist, crepe stand, boules from 6-8pm, more French music from 5-6pm, a French DJ, and a late bar. They’ll also have an extensive menu of French cuisine.

Cafe en Seine

Given their name you’d assume they’d be doing something. They have this lovely looking Bastille day cocktail for you.
