The Jar on Wexford street have been making plans for G and T ice pops for a while, and they’ve now delivered. They’re still trying out some different recipes, but they look like they’ll be ready for summer parties in their open air terrace.
Some of the recipes even include a cucumber in the ice pop, which is a popular accompaniment to the drink. They also do excellent fresh baked pizzas in The Jar. How does this sound; a freshly baked pizza enjoyed in a sun filled terrace with a G and T ice pop for desert?
They ice pop seem to come with a glass, so even if it does start to melt a bit, you won’t be losing any of the good stuff.
