This will come as good news to those that work within walking distance of the Dame street/Temple bar area. We happened across what might be the best lunch meal deal in the city, and, what’s more, it looks pretty filling too.
Trinity bar on Dame street are offering lunches for €5. The lunches consist of a choice of a sandwich with soup or chips and a pint of cordial for only €5. That’s got to be one of the cheapest lunch options in the city.
It may not be an extensive offering, but it’s pretty much the same lunch diet as a bulk of the office working population of the city has on a daily basis. Why not have it in the comfort of a pub on Dame street at a really good price?
There’s loads of seating in the main bar, upstairs, and if the sun is shining, they even have a few seats out front.
The offer runs daily from 12-3pm.
