The Headline have sent us a photo of the beef that they’re going to be using to turn into burgers for National Burger Day (all stand for the anthem) on Friday the 25th of August.
It’s a 50 day aged bit of beef that looks like it has the perfect ratio of meat and fat. It also looks like it could be used as an implement with which you could do some damage.
The burgers will comprise of this exceptional meat, smoked pork, mozzarella, and topped with balsamic glazed portobello mushrooms, and crispy air dried parma ham.
That very much sounds like something to celebrate.
The above photo isn’t the actual burger, but we just wanted to give you an idea of the burgers they’ve produced in the past.
The Headline is located at 57 Clanbrassil Street. You can pair your burger with a pint of one of their over 20 Irish craft beers available on tap.
