Street 66 on Parliament Street is a new enough place, having replaced the Front Lounge in late 2016.
They’re going all in for Eurovision this year and there’s no messing around. They say they’ll be showing all of the action live on their big screen, and you’re more than welcome to sing along if you know the words. I’m sure there’ll be some repetitive tunes that you can pick up along the way.
They’re being very generous on the night as well; you can put on a bet on who will win. If you pick the winner, you get a free pint. There’s also the promise of free pints if Ireland win. That hasn’t happened in quite a while, but you never know. There’s also the promise of popcorn and treats.
If you want to get really emotional on the night, they also have an excellent gin selection of over 50 gins. They’re really getting involved in the flourishing Irish gin boom .
