The t-shirt, the fridge magnet, the baseball cap. These are usually the kind of merchandise you would expect to find in a Dublin pub, but The Long Hall have created something in keeping with the feel of the pub and the practicalities of Irish weather.
Yesterday on twitter they announced that they had 50 Long Hall umbrellas to give away. All you have to do is go into the bar and ask for one.
The umbrellas are a burgundy-red shade, as can be seen on the Long Hall literature and branding, as well as the name of the pub and its establishment date.
Marcus in the Long Hall tells us that if there’s demand they might get more made and have in stock for those needing to leave the pub in a rain shower. It’s a very inventive way to promote the pub and a practical item that devotees of the pub will no doubt be clamouring to pick up. We got ours!
