The Globe
A late venue with a reputation as an after hours venue. Including not just the trendy (not in a posey kind of way) pub area with an entrance on George’s street, but also a night club (read club at night that plays music other than chart and crap) downstairs known as RiRa. Always a good vibe in either area of this pub/venue/club on any given night of the week. A good bet if other places aren’t open or lively enough. Not the cheapest place, but specials are usually good and the music is pleasing to anybody with an easy ear.
