Welcome to Ryan’s Beggars Bush, a family run business spanning over 100 years and five generations. There has been a public house on this site for over 200 years.
We are part of the Dublin bar landscape. We have evolved greatly since our early days and now the pub is a great place to meet for a pint of Guinness or grab a burger from our menu.
Our prices are excellent and, even though we say it ourselves, the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Before matches this is one of the best places to meet up as we are within walking distance of the Aviva stadium (Lansdowne Road).
Our Cosy bar is the perfect location for a couple of pints after a hard days work. We have a unique old world atmosphere and the pint of pale can be enjoyed while you watch sports or read a newspaper.
The “Snug” is a perfect setting for a more intimate occasion where you can have a quite chat with friends away from the busy crowd.
We pride ourselves that we retain our old world charm while providing top quality drinks and food.We welcome all age groups to the pub and on match days we have hundreds of people in and outside enjoying the pub.
For more formal occasions the Lounge is a more comfortable setting surrounded by old historic photographs of the Beggars Bush barracks through the ages and some photographs of the general area.
The Beggars Bush has the best outside facilities in the area were you can sit out in the sun (when we have it) and enjoy your drink on our benches and chat with friends. A covered heated smoking area is also provided with a large screen TV.
