Take a look at this for a bit of digital gadgetry. House on Leeson street have a pretty extensive wine selection, but for their most popular wines they have a digital aide to help with measurements and pouring.
Staff just have to select a wine, place the glass underneath and hey presto! We’ve seen a number of bars starting to have wine on tap, including Shearys in Crumlin and The Winding Stair, but we’ve never seen a setup like this.
