The RDS will once again play host to one of the best showcases for Irish craft beer and whiskey this St.Patricks weekend. It’s the fifth year of the event and it has been a roaring success each time it’s held.
It’s all indoors, so there’s no chance that rain will put a dampener on the festivities. There will be dozens of breweries and distilleries from around Ireland in attendance selling some of their tried and tested favourites, as well as the inevitable seasonal brews and experiments.
There’ll be food in the form of Irish sausages, Thai offerings, pies from the Pieman, and some of the best local Irish produce.
What better way to celebrate Paddys weekend than trying some of the best drinks Ireland has to offer.
Tickets are €10 for entry, €20 including entry and 2 pints, or €30 including 4 pints. Prices are €5 more expensive on the Thursday. You can get group rates for 20+ by contacting carley@greydogevents.com
Half pints are €2.50 and they’ll be selling tokens at the event. For more info and to book tickets visit their website- www.irishbeerandwhiskeyfestival.com .
