It’s just a bit of green colouring thrown into the line and it doesn’t effect the taste of the beer at all.
It’s not just tourists who like it, as it sells well among Irish customers year on year too. It’s a nice little gimmick on a day when everyone wears green and typical tastes and fashions are thrown out the window.
