It came to our attention a few years ago that there seemed to be a lot of National and International celebration days for the most regular types of products, drinks, food, and whatever else you’re having. We decided to start making a list of any of these days that we came across, as a number of pubs celebrate them and use it as a chance to showcase their products.
They’re organised by various trade organisations and the date might vary from year to year, and different organisations have celebration days for the same product (e.g. gin) but we’ve done our best to put together a reasonably comprehensive list of days that pubs can use to get in on the act and play their part. I’m afraid we don’t quite have footnotes for all of these, so you’re going to have to take our word for it.
